Dave Mathews Band has confirmed a return to the road with an extensive 2018 Summer Tour. The group will be performing in support of their just-announced new studio album.
DMB did not tour in 2017, with their last concert taking place on September 4, 2016 at The Gorge in George, Washington. Following an appearance on February 3 in St. Paul, Minnesota as part of the Night Before Super Bowl concert, frontman Dave Matthews will reassemble the band starting on May 18 in The Woodlands, Texas. The tour continues in May with two additional nights in Texas before moving to Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi and Arkansas.
Dave Matthews Band then heads to Pennsylvania to begin June, with additional stops in Ohio, New York, Michigan, Virginia, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Connecticut and Illinois rounding out the busy month.
The band’s Summer Tour moves through July with concerts in Wisconsin and Indiana, as well as Ontario, Canada ahead of returns to New York and New Jersey. The month is filled out with shows in North Carolina, Virginia and Florida. After about a month off the tour resumes in late-August in Colorado ahead of nights in Oregon and the band’s regular Labor Day Weekend stand at The Gorge. September will also see additional performances in Nevada and California.
Each ticket purchased by May 17 for the 2018 Dave Matthews Band Summer Tour comes with either a CD or digital download of the currently untitled LP.
